S. Brenda Elfgirl - I was told I am an elf in a parallel life, and I live in the Arizona desert exploring what this means. You know you're a big city dweller when part of your New Year's chores includes printing out and posting where you can see it 1) the Parking Meter Holiday Enforcement Schedule and 2) the Street Cleaning Holiday Enforcement Schedule.
