S. Brenda Elfgirl - I was told I am an elf in a parallel life, and I live in the Arizona desert exploring what this means. The California Recall election is on for October. The 9th circuit court of appeals just issued their decision.
The ACLU will probably appeal, so the next question is will the Supreme Court take the case or turn it down.
